From NJTV of the South Science Olympiad Team News: http://www.njtvonline.org/njtoday/video/teen-scientists-from-central-jersey-to-compete-against-nations-best/ Last night Chris Evans won Delaware Valley Football Chapter and College Football Hall of Fame top scholar athlete award for both his performance on the gridiron as well as in the classroom. His first thanks went out the the administration, teachers and coaches at High School South. He gave a great acceptance speech. Along with a trophy that was almost as big as him, Chris was given a check for 5,000.00. It was a great night for High School South!
Todd Smith ![]() Saed Hindash/The Star-LedgerColin Hall, of West Windsor-Plainsboro South, competes in the Boys' NJSIAA State Diving Champinships. He took 2nd place with a score of 428.50 at The College of New Jersey. EWING – With one dive left, Colin Hall was ready to achieve the NJSIAA state title he had sought.
Ross Edfort, the first four-time champion in the event’s 91 years, had graduated, now diving in Colorado. Hall had one last dive to make, the last dive of his senior year, and the title was his.
It didn’t go the way Hall had planned. |
